Enzymatic elucidation of the structure of starch molecule and its components. The assessment of molecular configuration of starch molecule in determining quality of a number of starch based products. Developed a new enzymatic method for the determination of the number average degree of polymerization (DPn) of the linear amylase-type polysaccharides. Detection and quantification of various soil enzymes and their correlation with soil fertility. Enzymes present in rhizosphere as exudation from plant roots and biological activity of soil microflora and fauna. The assessment of soil fertility and presence of soil microflora on enzyme basis.
